Pictures of my blue Camaro

Well it's the first time I've cleaned her up in a while, and since I did, I figured it was time to take it out for a couple pictures.

Did I make those burnout marks?

Well, yes, but not with this car.

Unfortunately the clouds today weren't very interested in opening up to let the sun shine through. This picture would be a lot more colorful otherwise...

I snapped this one off just before being ran off by security.

And this is behind an old abandoned print shop.

That's it for now!

So let me get this straight, you put the Camaro fill ins on the front so that people racing you could look in their mirror and see what kind of car they beat?

***.

Actually, those were custom cut by the company my mom used to work at. They cut two sets since they already fired up the laser cutter. I put the first set in the back and wanted to do something different instead of the bowtie in the front.

I have to give you ****. Your cars are such opposites. I had a 3.4L too but I kept it stock and sold it for my '94 Z28 as soon as I could (17).

Oh yeah, I know they're polar opposites. It's even funny to me how different they are.

The paint is going to hell on this car, unfortunately. It'll be getting taken apart and redone completely. It's getting an OEM nose and driver's side fender, for one. The aftermarket pieces that are on it now are ill-fitting pieces of junk. The paintjob will be different, and it'll be getting a new spoiler and maybe a new hood. It's going to be a slow process, though.

Never knew this car was yours, I think it looks good, even with that wing on the back, which is odd for me to like.

This just further solidifies my theory that people don't click sig links. Thanks, though.

It's not that it was a cheap paintjob, because the paint isn't showing any signs of fading or degrading. The prep job is what sucked on it. It doesn't show in the pictures, but the paint is lifting and peeling away on the roof of the car. I'll take and post a picture when I get home this evening. Sucks.

You should paint the ground effects the same color.

A lot of people say this. I'd say about 50-75% of the people that see the car. Do you really think it'd look better? I kinda like the way it shows the lines of the ground effects. Anyone want to chop them in blue for comparison?

In my opinion, the car looked like crap without ground effects. Now these were with a different set of wheels, but I don't think it'd look any better with the Rebels I have on there now...

Edit: Small pictures fixed.
