To answer some questions:

The seats are now white leather with green suede inserts

I didn't get the tubular K member because it was not out at the time from what I recall-plus how much I was spending on the chrome was killing me

The oil filter is a chrome cover, but I did chrome a fuel filter though lol.

I am hoping now to magazine it up over the next few months heading into the final stretch, I have never been much into pushing it into the magazine's faces, but I have been told this is the thing to do.

Thanks alot for all of the praise, it means alot to me guys.

Would you have gotten the tubular K member if it was around at the time? I'm just curious. And when you had the flames painted on the seats, weren't they Camaro seats instead of the Trans Am seats you have now?

I think I would have if it were out then, just because they are so cool-thinking back on it I may have not purchased it because of the airbag system already being installed, and I didn't want to have to re-do it.

You mean like the *** that bought Debler's car only to wreck it shortly after?

So I got the appraisal today in the mail.....Drums......$76,000.....I had guessed in my mind 80-100k, so not incredibly far off. I have a full report on it they do, I thought it would be a little more complete, actually.

I was hoping for more, but not too bad I guess for this kind of car.

I hope it helps it when it goes to auction or I try to sell it elsewhere. Now I guess I go to figure that part out.

If I am lucky it will do that well at auction. At least I can insure it properly from here on out.

How does the report read? Do they just go down a list and rate things from 1 to 10? I figure for the dollar amount that they came up with, they better had gone up the car's *** with a microscope.

You must be new to the Camaro world if you haven't seen his car.

Back about 5 years ago, he was making all of our jaws drop all over this messageboard. There was another teal one with a custom set of pinstripes or something that was a real jaw dropper back then too. I think it was a teal and white two tone.

To me, this car is almost historically significant. I hope it gets displayed in a museum personally!

I remember the first time I saw it on Cardomain many many years ago. I've always like this Camaro. Although, I have to say I liked the old stereo setup with the 3 subwoofers better than the current one. I also liked the solid white with flames seats better. Still an incredible car though.

Hey Casanova, what happened to your dash being covered entirely in leather? I thought it was still like that, but I just looked at the closeups and it's been glassed. Do you have any high resolution pictures of it from when it was leather covered?

I'd like to save the pics for future inspiration when I can afford to have a project car. I really want to cover the dash in leather.
