Question Online upholstery places?

Trying to get my stock shift **** redone in another color. Took it to a couple local shops and they won't do it.

Any place online that I could mail it in to?

Damn! I can't believe they won't do it for you. They must have business pouring out of their ears!

I don't know if they will do it or not, but check with jeremy@leatherseats.com from www.leatherseats.com .

They do all kinds of cool stuff, maybe they'll do that for you.

Good luck!

If you look at their website, you'll see that there are GP prices established. If you are a member of a car club, take full advantage.

Keep in mind, that they are not a paying sponsor here, so you can't officially set anything up with board members...

I called and spoke to Jeremy. He said they don't do it and I am the 1st one to request something like that.

He also said he would see if he could find someone that would do it and email me back. No reply yet...

I emailed him and here is the email I got back...

Acctually, I did it myself. There aren't many good looking aftermarket automatic shifter ***** out there so I figured I could customize the one I have. It was a pain but it came out preaty nice. I simply bought some red vinal apholstery fabric from a fabric store, took the shifter **** and wrapped it as best I could to figure out where my cuts needed to be. After that is was a s#!t load of "Crazy Glue" and ta-da!! I went through three pieces before I got it right and if it wasn't for the finished product turning out good I would've thrown it and myself out a very
tall building. If you plan to do this, my friend, I wish you the best
of luck. I wasn't fun. If you have a manual trany, I envy you. I found several shifter ***** that would've suit me but my 96' Z is cursed with an Auto. Sorry I couldn't be a help.

I guess he wasn't too good in English class
