Well,here is a temporary fix I did with this annoyance.I had this Monkey Grip steel belted tire repair kit laying around so I took one of the repair plugs(looks like a string bean,it's black like the housing) and positioned it between the right side of the mirror( it slides inside) and the mirror housing and this stopped the mirror from shaking about 80%.Then I cut another piece in 1/2 and placed in on the bottom of the mirror on the left side bottom and tucked it in there real nice.It is super sticky stuff.It's hardly noticeable.Looks pretty clean and out of the way.I haven't tried to move the mirror but it's ok in it's present location.Hope this helps someone.
