Need part number for trim around hatch!!

I need the black trim that is actually on the glass on the hatch. It is the thin black piece between the glass and sail panel. I saw it somewhere here but can't seem to find it after searching for hours.

Hey do you need the Camaro/Firebird parts manual on PDF?

Good luck finding that piece. I'm having my rear glass replaced and the glass shop can not find that trim. I contacted the dealer and they told me its on back order and do not know how long it would take to come in. So until I can find that piece I have to deal with a damaged rear glass :death:

See if rockauto, newgmparts, or gmpartsdirect has it in stock

If it includes all the Firebird-specific stuff, I'd like it.

The Firebird one is different. If I remember right it was around 300 MB in size. I have it somewhere, but not sure where. It isn't on my current hard drive...

I'd be interested in the Camaro one as well, since the two cars do share a fair number of parts. Would prefer to have both, actually. As these cars are getting up there in age, I should probably start a file with as much useful info as I can get ahold of.

I just made a topic with the link, but since I still have it copied, here you go: http://www.z28.com/LyleA/93-02%20%20...s%20Manual.pdf

I actually saw that link somewhere on here the other day, but I can't remember what thread it was in. We should really have some sort of all-inclusive resource that combines the info from Shoebox, Brent, etc. with all the other misc f-body tech stuff people have stashed on their hard drives. I'm going to start compiling one for personal use here soon, but it'd be cool to have one page with all the best how-to's and stuff people have written/collected over the years. Thanks for the link, BTW.

I could make the page on my site. I already have Brent and Shoebox linked to on there I believe in the links section.

I haven't put this link up on my site yet though. It's a huge file. I'd kind of want to get the OK from the owners of z28.com first because I can't host a file that big for longer than a month or so.

Re: Need part number for trim around hatch!!

I have the Camaro AND Firebird parts manuals on PDF. I also have the T-56 overhaul/parts manual as well. Have had these since 2003.

Just checked sizes:

Camaro - 125 mb
Firebird - 612 mb
T-56 - 1.6 mb

If someone has a place to put them you're more than welcome to have them. I bet there's gotta be sites like photobucket or whatever that I can upload to for free.

You can upload them to rapidshare.com but I think they'll only last for about 30 or 60 days, or 10 downloads, whichever comes first.
