Just starting to polish the Corsa muffler, Pics
Well, I'm reaching the final stage of finishing this exhaust. The muffler should need two more steps to be crazy-shine. I should be finished final polish on the complete CORSA twin tip pro system and then it's being installed mid-week. This is one project I don't wish to repeat, even though the results were worth the headaches. I'm pretty sure that I will do the CETA mod after I install the exhaust. I think the CETA mod would make for a good contrast on the back of the car with the twin tip setup.

I can only wonder why you'd polish something that you won't really see.
|
If the entire underchassis is clean and detailed, why not go a step further a polish the exhaust. I think it looks good.

Just keeping my exhaust clean is a headache in itself. Enjoy that shine while it lasts.. :)

It's not daily driven ( I would never attempt this if it was :p ) Underbody and entire car is ridiculous clean.
The rest of the exhaust: http://i5.photobucket.com/albums/y19...m/Exhaust3.jpg A few underbody shots: http://i5.photobucket.com/albums/y19...m/DSC02150.jpg http://i5.photobucket.com/albums/y19...m/DSC02125.jpg http://i5.photobucket.com/albums/y19...m/DSC02162.jpg |
I still don't understand why people spend all that money on perfectly good aftermarket parts if they're just going to let the car sit in a garage all the time. Seems so wasteful to me...

Holy crap - the underside of your car looks damn cool.

Perhaps there is some other reason for the parts. What do you use the car for? |

The car is mostly used for show an occasional driving when I have time. I'm looking forward to putting some miles on the car this summer, might even head to the drag-strip and throw the Bogarts/slicks on the car and go for a new best :p

Lets seem some other pics of the car! :) Looks good underneath.

Wow is freakin' right! And if the man has the means, who cares if it only gets out on 'Sundays'?

Thanks for the props guys, I enjoy just owning the car and doing different things to the vehicle, mostly for fun. I do drive the car when I have time or weather permits, but I must admit that the last couple of years the car did not receive much play-time :{ I've decided to drive the car much more this summer ( I also hate seeing the goods go to waste, but this is most definitely not a daily driver  ) I'm going to give the CORSA exhaust a final polish with Mother's and then install it for good on wednesday. I'm taking the car into the Suspension shop tuesday for a complete setup. I'm gonna have the guy tune the entire suspension ! Probably going to take most of the day to set the car up. I can't wait to try out the car with some spirited driving after all the tuning is done.
