How to repair a crack on my bumper?

I hit a dog and my front bumper has a tear that needs to be mended back together then filled. What is the bumper made out of? What materials should I use to mend it and fill the crack? Just bondo? Thanks!!!

I figuered. What should I do about patching the crack? I want to make something like a bandaid and put it on the inside.

Johnson & Johnson makes some good ones. :D

Im assuming youve done autobody befor. If Yes...
Get 3M plastic repair.

If not Have a shop do it

Bondo will not work, it will crack and crumble off the first time the wind blows on the bumper.

I know to not use bondo for mending it together.

Just reread it and realized the sarcasm.

Anyways find 3M plastic repair, it is basically a rubberish repair that bends a lot.

Any chain stores that carry it? I checked auto zone and they just have Bondo plastic mending kits for $15. I trust 3M a bit more.

I only know of it from shop, not sure where we get it, but we get pretty much everything from autobody supply stores.
