How to properly adjust hood?

3 Attachment(s)
So I'm having some trouble adjusting my hood properly. The upper corners of the hood stick up and I've tried messing with the bracket to get it flush with the fender. It's a GM SS hood on my z28. I thought it would bolt right on but I guess not...

How to properly adjust hood?

Just the thread I didn't want to see, but subscribing.. Thought the SS OEMs didn't have these issues and fit just like the steel hoods..
You are 100% certain this is an OEM? Is it possible that it flexed while someone stored it or something? I notice that a lot of people seem to store these up against a wall and stand them on the area that yours doesn't align correctly,
I guess I should probably test fit mine before I have it painted...

Maybe you'll get lucky and not have fitment issues. I'm 100% certain it's a GM hood \. I used the same hardware from my old hood, but I doubt that's the issue

Any ideas out there? Would I have to drill new holes to move the bracket lower??
