Is it hard to remove the rear taillight panel?
 
I want to apply a different color rear taillight panel to my car. My queston is...Is it hard to remove and put a new rear panel on? Is it something that requires special tools? Or do I just need a screw driver.? Any help is appreciated! Also if you have pics of this job completed, please post. Thanks

No, it is not hard. There are only 4 bolts that hold the panel in and 2 wingnuts per taillight. So the only tool you'll need is a socket wrench and a 10mm (I think) socket.

Just remove the wingnuts and disconnect the bulbs to remove the taillights. To remove the panel, you'll have to remove the spare to get to the most outboard nut on the right side.

Not too hard. The hardest part is keeping from scratching the bumper. Here's a pic of mine:
