finish on salad shooters comming off

the clearcoat finish looks like its comming off my salad shooters... and because i'm broke as hell replacements are out of the question.

how do i clean them up, take the clearcoat off, and make them look good again?

forgot i posted this till i was out there washing the car and i thought about this again... :)

anyone know what to do with crappy stock salad shooters, without replacing them?
