Looks very nice. Should definately add a nice touch to the engine bay. I don't see too many LT1 engine bays in nice shape. Lots of neglect from previous owners

those look awesome! i cant wait to see them installed. how much did the shop charge you for that? i was looking into having a couple things powdercoated at a local shop over here in ohio and it didnt seem that it would be that expensive to have done. i was pretty suprised because i thought it would cost an arm and a leg. anyways your stuff looks sweet!

Thanks for all of the compliments. Until it is installed I am keeping it all in a bedroom closet. About every other night I pull it all out and just smile.
The cost was minimal...FREE. I did it at the shop I work at after hours. To do all that I did would get sort of costly if I had to pay for it. Most places don't primer the metal and most won't clear it w/o additional cost. To powder all that I did would run, guessing now, between 300 and 700. It would all depend on the shop, location, materials used and prep work done. I figured it out using the shops standard rates for blasting, prep work & taping, primer, color and clear and it worked out to just under $600. I really don't know how those rates compare to other shops but if I had to pay it likely wouldn't have been done for a LONG TIME.
It was free, but since all of those parts were off I "talked" myself into doing the heads, cam & wp & vented opti. So it ended up costing me a couple thousand in the end but I couldn't pass up doing the coating or the mods!
Thanks again.
