After many emails from you guys that have seen my WS6 Hood Mirrors, I just completed the kit friday afternoon.

The SS kit is should be done this week also.

this look nice but I would be scared to drive with this much glass under the hood. cool to have it for the shows only but to put it in and out just too much hussle.
looks very good though

they are a heat resistant mirrored acrylic. I've gone through 5 different manufacturers of this type of material before I found one suitable for this application. You can leave them on your hood fulltime. I have had the mirrors on my ws6 for over 3 years now. I use the VHB 3M Doublesided tape, same tape used on your emblems and plastic bodymoldings. Others that have gotten my kits use the 3m tripple lock velcro like material.

Hmm... I think that's only the second Fbody I've seen like that. (someone in Flordia had 'em at a carshow I was at) Looks pretty good as long as it stays clean and doesn't have problems with the heat.

This has been pretty popular on the west coast for a few years with the import guys, and even longer for the low rider scene. Once they get scratched or melted they look like @ss so be careful with them... but if you only stick'em in there for shows shouldn't have any problems. To be fair, the only ones I've seen melt though were laying ON the intake manifold (some Vtec thing), and I don't know what material he used.

Looks good though.

Wow... that's pretty damn sweet!

The only thing is the rules here are pretty strict about selling multiple new items like this in that you can't post topics about items you are selling unless you are a paying advertiser.

There is no need to be a paying advertiser if anybody can come in and post about the products they sell. If we upset the paying advertisers and they quit supporting the site, then there is no site and we don't want that!

While I realize this probably isn't your business and you probably aren't going to make a ton of money, the rules are still such that you can't post topics about the items. Sorry

Please contact either Jason ( jason@camaroz28.com ) or Chris (chris@camaroz28.com ) and see if you can work something out with them.

Thanks and good luck!
