Ok, I need some help here. I can't figure out what I'm missing on my 1995 Z28 Convertible rear deck lid interior bulb. All I've got is a metal tube. I can't see anyway to install a bulb. I think something's missing. Can someone send me a photo of what it's supposed to be and or the parts but especially the bulb. I think it might be a 562. No, I don't need it but I like having everything as it was built working.

I've looked at my 93-02 Parts Book, on Shbox.com, and searched Google but I'm not seeing it.

Is it possible that the glass of the bulb is broken and the base is still in the socket?

According the 1995 service manual, 562 is correct.

No the base is completely empty. It's been modified(bent) so I'm not sure if it's original or some makeshift kludge.
