classified find of the year! '96 Granatelli Signature Series Z28

Wow, this is so cool to see. This was Granatelli's magazine car. Some of you oldies might recognize it. The asking price is an insane $39,980. It has 6371 miles on it, and is supercharged. I don't care what they want for it, I'm just glad to see it is still alive and the pictures are pretty good!

1996 Granatelli Signature Series Z28 Camaro 2 door coupe. A fourth-generation Camaro with a body covered in a multihued checkered flag. A Novi centrifugal with a bolt on supercharger. Interior appointments consist of Speed Tek carbon-fiber dash and door-panel accent pieces and a set of Signature Series racing-style harness seatbelts duly enhanced by the stock leather upholstery.

I remember that car, a matter a fact, I think that I still have the magazine article from it. Neat car, but a little high on price.

Hideous. One of the ugliest F-bodies I have ever seen, regardless of the history.

Was all that stick-on carbon fiber stuff in the interior a part of the original package, or was that added on by the owner?

I'll pass on the ugly checkered camaro with the old *** cell phone. I'd take some more pics of that '36 Ford, however

I think that was part of it. I'm more familiar with the Paxton/Granatelli show car that was red with the big V shaped black stripes. This one I've only read one article on as far as I can remember at least...

That is the EXACT phone that I had at the time and I would give anything to have it back. It was a bag phone that I stuck in my patrol car with an exterial antenna hard wired to the phone. I had a signal anywhere that i went, unlike now.
