I want some flash from the alternator... Does anyone sell a chrome one or can I easily add some shine to my stock one...

 

Anyone ever paint theirs? Anything to really watch out for...

 

 

if u do something to it ull probable remove the cover and paint it off the alternator. i dont really know how to do this if u figure it out it wont be to bad. most people polish theirs u can get it close to as shinny as chrome if u sand it good enough. eastwood makes a kit to polish stuff. i dont know the site. hope this gives u an idea.

 

I know atleast jegs also has chrome alternators or chrome cases. Depends on what you want. could also take it apart and have it powdercoated instead of painted for more cash, but powdercoating holds up better.
