Blacking out all exterior lights on LT1 TA

I want to get tail light blackouts, front and rear corner blackouts, and if possible, fog light blackouts.

I've searched for quite a while, but haven't found a place that sells tail light blackouts. Any help?

I also can't find any of the corner marker blackouts, for front or rear. Can someone help out with that?

I would also like to blackout my fog lights. I've never seen this done before, and if anyone has any pictures or knows of a place they can be bought, please let me know.

I've also seen a product in catalogues that is a spray on blackout. I would like to know if anyone has used this, and how well it works. Thanks!

Do you know of any places where I can get those blackouts? It looks like he has everything I want for my lights. You wouldn't happen to know where he got them would you?

You can get tail light covers from www.driverfx.com (do a search by make and model).

You can get turn signal blackouts at this website
http://store.autotoys.com/cgi-bin/wf...N/Catalog/1178

(at the bottom of the page click on search, and for #1 type in Firebird, and if you click on result 18 it will pull up the black turn signal covers). Oh yeah, result 18 is on pg.2

I saw a post where some people made their own rear side marker blackout lense, but I'm pretty sure nobody sells them yet-I'm waiting for them too. If you look in my sig I have the turn signal blackouts and I'm thinking about the tail light covers.

Hope this helps,
Erik[I]

Awesome. Definetly helped out.

If I can't find any premade side marker blackouts, I could try some of that spray on blackout stuff. I haven't seen anyone comment on it.

i know where you can get all the blackouts you are looking for.

it is a place called www.zbaron.com i orderd some for my car and then it took them like 3 months to come in that is what pissed me off about them. and then when they did come in the right taillight blackout was ****ed up and they wouldnt respond to me after i told them and they refused to replace it. so you could order them there but just be prepared for ****ty service!!!!!!!!!!!

There's one more thing you can get: A ticket. Its illegal to black out ALL exterior lights on a car, you're already pressing your luck with the taillight blackouts.

I have everything but the foglights blacked out. I got the tails from AutoZone for $35, turnsignals from NextGen but one fell off so I painted them with engine enamel as well as the 3rd brake light and rear side markers. One of the clips on the foglight covers is lost so thats why I haven't put them on. On the subject of it being illegal. It is but I have yet to get pulled over after a year or so and neither has my friend in his black 95. I have had cops beside me, behind me ect and no problem here. Check the sig for pics. I have some new ones I think but I need to get them scanned. I say go for it. It will look good.

Yeah, Driverfx is hard to find stuff. If your looking for turn signal covers it's probably easier to find it at www.yearone.com (that's actually where I got mine from-I couldn't remember until now). Click on 82-02 F-body, then click on 'Body', then under 'Lighting/Deflector' click on GTS Turn Signal/Tail Light covers. (sorry, I can't post a direct link for some reason) but at least it's easier then driverfx
