I believe its $1300 USD for the 3pc topspeed kit im not quite sure if im correct though

It's a BSM kit, do a search on "BSM", or "JAPAN" in this forum.

Since this thread goes back more than 12 years, and no one actually managed to buy one then, I doubt it's still available. You need to get creative with a Google search, focusing on sources in Japan.

There are numerous links on Google to other Camaro sites where this kit has been discussed. Strange your search didn't turn them up..... mine did.
