sun visor install help
hi and thanks in advance.
I am not great with this stuff. I have a 1996 formula firebird I pun in a new headliner- it looks real nice. it was a after marked from Acme. my problem is I can not get the passenger side sun visor re- installed. I needed to get a new bracket, but I can not get the spring into the hole and get the three screws installed. any ideas or tips?
ie- what way should the spring be pointed, and is there a correct way to alien the bracket?
any tips would be greatly helpful. thanks in advance scott

I had to switch mine when I bought the car due to them being on the wrong side. I can tell you from this experience the brackets will only fit in one direction. Try turning the bracket until the screw holes are lined up then try to put it in place. It will only go in properly once you have the bracket in the right position. Keep turning it until it lines up. Should Only have to turn it three times max to get it in the right position.
