Post 38mm or 56mm off-set on ZR1s?

which wheels should i get on my camaro? im not familiar with wheel off-set so i really have no clue what the difference is. any help would be greatly appreciated.

56 is what i have on my car and they fit good

For the 9.5" wheel, 56mm is what I have and it works/looks good.

If you are looking at getting the 11" rears, the 50mm offset is probably your best bet and will require the least amount of modifications to the car.
