Finally got around to hijacking a camera from work (although a crappy one) and took some pics.

Where did you buy the triple pillar from? I think Im gonna buy one. I wish I could justify the dough for those cobalt gauges those things look sweet. You need to get some pics of your interior at night, so we can get the full effect

BIg Dream- I got the pillar from TByrne. Its made by autometer. And yes the Cobalts are expensive, but they are damn cool! Between the pillar and those gauges your looking at 500 bucks. Ill get some night pics either tonight or tomorrow night, and ill update this thread when i do. The next project is to get my gauge cluster to light up like that (i dont like white faced, so i cant just order them).

Flippinz28 - i made them, 97+ ***** are clear underneath the rubber. Peel off the rubber, add the fabric die to boiling water, and let them soak for 2 minutes. Pull them out, let them cool and dry, and youre done. the dye i believe is made by RIT, and you can get it at Walmart

so the 97+ ***** can be changed, if I buy the 97+ ***** will they fit on my 96z28?

 

Will the ***** fit...probably.

Will they light up, I dont think so. Its been awhile since I had my 95, but im pretty sure they are not backlit.

for the time being im just going into the Indiana National Guard...and my basic ship date is in about a week, but ill be back in early March i believe. Then unless i get deployed i will just stay in fort wayne and will go to drill once a month. I may go in full time, but not for at least another year.

Man those Cobalt guages look sweet, I can't justify $500 dollars for them though, ouch! Car looks real good though man. One last thing you took all those headlight pics but put no explanations as to what they mean like is one stock lights and one aftermarket lights or what. Might want to add some descriptions, lol. Anyways keep that baby clean.
