wiring harness 93/95 ? six speed swap to 95

i got a problem here i got a 4l60e in my car well this is the 4 time i have had to replace this dam thing. my car is a 95 auto . now here 's the fun question , will the wiring harness from a 93 speed work on my car. i can have the compurter flashed to work..so thats a 93 wiring harness for a six speed going into a 95.. oh yeah this would give me 30 or more horse power.. thanks for any input

I did the swap about a year ago. A 93 harness is not going to have the MAF connector and the plug for the coil/ignition module is different.
