Slack in tv cable 95 z A4

I just recently bought a 95 Z that had nitrous throttle plate taken off and I noticed that the tv cable is slack about 1/4th inch. Is this correct I know on my ford aod there is slight presure even when the throttle body is fully closed. Seems to shift fine but I think it should be tighter any ideas? thanks

I thought since the 4L60E (94-97) is electronically controlled, only the 4L60 in the 93's has a TV cable. Are you talking about the second cable on the side of the throttle body quadrent? That is the cruise control cable on your 95.

Might want to clarify exactly which cable you mean.

This will likely get moved just to let you know but the possibilities of cable going to the TB are going to be:

Traction control
Cruise
TV Cable 93 only unless possibly converted
Throttle
