LS9 or LSA into 2002 F-body, Possible?

So, I am bored with car, just to slow. Really haven't done much other than intake and headers and exhaust. Car if fast but not fast enough any more. I know I can go heads and cam and get some serious power but thought about what fun it would be with a LS9 engine up front.

The part I am totally unsure of is will the engine even fit into the engine bay? What do you see could be possible obstacles. Right now I think the super charger will be the first problem and the dry sump oiling system will be the second problem. Any and all thoughts are welcome. Just an idea right now but never know.

Sounds like something that would get the best responses in the LS1 Based Engine Tech forum.

GM Performance Parts did a LS9 swap and it involved a ton of fab work and custom work.

By the time you finished it would be 50k easy.

Just go buy a used ZR1 or Z06 or get a base C6 and throw a Maggie on it and save yourself a bunch of headaches.

Mod, thanks for info about posting.

As for the zo6 or zr1 route thought about it. Like still having a back seat when needed and just like the car. Next car is going to be Italian anyway so not looking to get into vette right now. Something about having an extremely powerful engine in a car that shouldn't be that powerful is intriguing.
