Will a L98 roller cam work in a Lo3

It was suggested to me to change out my cam in my L03 with a L98 roller cam. I think they were roller since 87. Will this be compatible, and will it be a good choice to improve performance?

Check thirdgen.org they do these swaps all the time with good results
