URGENT!!! What's this relay!?!!

Guys, on my 86 305 TPI camaro i got a relay down on the drivers side right by the evap canister. I picked it up and water came out of it. I unhooked it and more water came out. Any ideas??

A guy at thirdgen.org seems to think it's my fog light relay. I think he is right. (My fog lights don't work.) No more worries.

Hi,

Fog lite relay.

I removed the fog lites and now using it for secondary
Fan relay for engine off cool down.
