Starting problem

OK, this will be long but I am trying to eliminate most questions up front.
<p>
Here is what's going on. The car starts fine normally when cold. When shut off after letting it run for a while(few minutes to long trips) it will not restart for a few minutes at least. Sometimes up to 15. I've got it narrowed to a fuel problem because I can get to start immediately with brake kleen. I have tested for spark and have plenty. I have tried unplugging the MAF and it would start, but only twice it did that. I have a cranking pulse on the scanner when trying to start. The coolant temp sensor is OK also. I have used Noid lights to check for injector pulse and when plugged in they did not pulse until a few seconds after cranking. I have a new ignition module, cap, rotor, ECM. I have 11.56 volts at the injector plugs. I have checked grounds at the cylinder heads and body for a good connections. I have good fuel psi, when the key is turned on it will peg to 60 or better than hold around 45, but it will not start.
<p>
Any information or trouble shooting would be great !!!!!!!!!!!!

the heat soak from the motor could be boiling the fuel in you fuel rail causing an air lock.you can warm it up and put a fuel gauge on it then shut it of and see if the pressure holds.if it doesn't that is most likely your problem.
