right air fuel fixture?

91 z28 5.7 and factory internals, tons of bolt ons and full exhaust(hooker headers and y pipe) and no cats. im getting the car dynoed in the morning and im getting my air/fuel ratio and i need to know the correct mix so i can adjust my fuel pressure regulator. THX

12.5:1 to about 13:1 is a good zone. Anywhere lower than 12:1 is rich/fat. Above 13:1 will be lean. The plugs don't lie either if you want to put a couple new plugs in(easy to reach spots). Make a few pulls and pull them out to see what color they are. If they are ghost white, add some fuel pressure and power should go up. If they are sooty, take some fuel out or add a little timing if it's below 30 degrees.. I'm curious to hear what it puts down. My guess is 245hp/320lb-ft.

You will probably want 32-34 degrees of total timing and be sure you have 91+ octane.

Goodluck!

good guess, the numbers were 251.8WHP and 337.2LB-FT
heres my list of mods-
Exhaust cut out
True ram air system
Throttle body air foil
Adjustable fuel pressure regulator
Ported intake just plennem and top of runners
Complete MSD ignition system,
dyno tune
3.23 rear end
27lb injectors
hooker headers with hooker off road y pipe
lowering springs
Underdrive pulley system (BBK)

i have only run the car on the track with crappy street tires and never hooked once, and ran a 13.98 @99.7 mph. i want to get some mickey M/T's and i hope to do better.

so when does the computer take over? when adding or taking away fuel?

and an FWI....the M in your M/T stands for Mickey so your actually wanting some Mickey Thompson ET streets.

Those are some beefy injectors for a stock cam and heads. Nice numbers, what program/method are you using for the tune?

i got the EBL Flash System from www.dynamicefi.com, i had to send them my ECM and they installed the new hardrive and sent it back to me ready to go. i just had to download turner pro from the internet. it tell everything to do on the site. but i dont know too much about tuning my car so i had some guy that my dyno friend knows thast done it before come out and help, and i just waited untill it was done.
the tuning software was one of the best mods i did, and i had alot of gain from the tune.

And my reason for the injectors was, they were my last mod besides the tune and before, i could tell my car was starving for fuel with the stock ones so i got ones that were big enuf to help and support some more mods. I,v been waiting for the new BBK intake they just released. so this summer im putting the intake and a cam in the car. nothing too crazy, just so its a little more fun on the freeway lol. it has really low miles and a custom pait job, in showroom condition. im plaining to keep it streetable and not drive it too often.
