NO CLUE whats goin on
 

ok...I have NO CLUE whats wrong. After the car warms up and the idle drops to 800 rpm, I start driving. As I continue to drive and pull the car out of gear, the idle goes up to either the 1500 rpm mark or 2000rpm mark. To kill this I have to rev the engine a hard fast one. Sometimes it brings it down to 800 rpm...sometimes down to 1000 rpm...Until i put it into gear and take it out again. Thats when the idle goes back up to either 1500 or 2000....I HAVE NO CLUE whats goin on. My guess is that the throttle piece on the TPI needs to be greased. but I'm not sure. Also...Another problem is that I broke my speedometer recently. Now i notice a high pitched whistling sound when I press on the gas. I was wondering if this could be the speedo cable whistling. because its frickin irritating.

First things first, let's make sure your IAC is set correctly, then let's make sure your TPIS is set properly. Do you have a volt meter? If not you will need one.
