newbie question

havent been on a while but need some questions answered. im considering buying a 1992 z28 camaro heritage edition. car has the 305 tuned port, auto trans, is white with red stripes, has factory bose speaker in back setup, red cloth interior, car has 245,000 miles but is in exc condition, was owned by a middle aged lady for 13 years. car id rate an 8 on body and a 9.5 out 10 on interior. car is extremly clean shape considering miles. i can get the car for $2,500. is this a good deal? anything i should look for before buying??

if it is in as good shape as you say, thats a decent price. Body work and paint is where most of your money would go if you bought a car that need it. So if this one looks great, go for it.

I would just look for the usual stuff. Check for any leaks, check the color of the oil, check the trans fluid, etc. Drive it and see how it feels, shifts, stops, etc.
