Looking for raspy, nice, exhaust for 92 z28?
 

I just recently purchased a 1992 iroc z28. Its equipt with a k&n intake system, hypertec chip, and apparently a shift kit, but not sure what kind or anything. I'm looking for a new exhaust , somethin raspy. i'm not sure what size pipes to run out from the wye pipe which i need to replace also ? any tips or sommnets whou be much appreicated ? thanks

2.5 or 3 inch Magnaflows with high flow cat

get a 3 inch loudmouth slp exaust for a 93-97 car, they fit and its a 3 inch pipe. im running a highflow cat to a 3 inch pipe to a single exit flowmaster, the flowmaster is the race one that is about 4 inches long. doesnt do much muffling but sounds mean as hell.

I cannot verify if that will fit a 3rd gen, but lemme tell ya, if you want loud obnoxious and raspy, that is the way to go. That was THE first thing I did to my '02 T/A and lemme tell ya, I was NEVER un-noticed anywhere I went. :D
