Do people stop you and ask to buy your car?

Wow, this turned into a Fiero thread!!!
Its hard to find a decent Fiero and its hard to find a decent third gen.
Most are ragged out and not worth having.
I'm glad there are people out there saving the third gens as well as the Fieros.
I love the power of my '94.
But the looks and the handling are really lacking compared to my third gens.
I was on a Chevy lot a few months ago with a friend that was looking at an Impala SS.
The salesman was all over my red '91.
He never would make an offer.
Wanted me to name a price, which I would not.
Just told him it is NOT for sale.
As we pulled away in the Impy, I pointed to my Z that I pulled in line with the new cars, and told him look, people might think that Chevrolet gives a **** now.
He laughed and continued to hound me to name a price when we returned.
My 4 year old daughter calls the red '91 "her Camaro".
Thats priceless and I have to try to save it for her one day.
Just hope that she will actually drive it when she is old enough!

I really hope she will appreciate that car when she's older! A guy that came to one of our local Fbody club meetings last month rolled up in a SWEET 30th Anniversary WS6 pace car. He bought it from a guy who had originally bought it for his daughter when she turned 16, and the girl didn't want it!

[QUOTE=AutoRoc;4201739]Is that thing running now Denny?? I'd love to ride in that thing. BTW, if you would like to help me this weekend, I could probably use it. The motor/tranny are in, but there's just a ton of stuff to do. Later

No offense to 4th gen owners, but I think that the 4th gen design was too conservative to attract much attention. I find that the body style of the 3rd gen gets more attention and is more well liked by the general population. Heck the style of the 3rd gen is why I bought mine rather than a newer and more powerful 4th gen!
Also, you can't be talking about ALL 4th gen's, because my wife's LS1 Trans Am WS6 gets nearly as much attention as I draw with my Camaro...and her car's exterior is BONE STOCK, save for a few vinyl stickers. Not to mention, IMO, the 98-02 Trans Am WS6 is one of Pontiac's (hell, even GM's) sexiest body designs...

That must only apply to STOCK 4th gen Camaros, because I get people gawking and asking if I want to sell my '93...but I've got it lowered, aftermarket hood, spoiler, wheels, & bodykit, among other things...

I did love the 4th gen TAs, especially the WS6's, but I find that most people I know go more ga-ga for a 3rd gen Camaro over a 4th gen. I would bet your 4th gen looks great with what you have listed, but bone stock their body design was a little blah.
