I would really wanna get one in the next few years. but they seem to be way outta my price range. for the ss anyway. i see some 2010s are still going for 35grand. how long will it take to drop down to 15-17grand? 4years? more? i dont wanna drive a 98 forever D: LOL.

They are holding their value pretty good right now. It might be a few years before you'll be able to get your hands on one for that cheap.

Yup, they are (thankfully for some) keeping good value.

Hang in there! Nothing wrong with driving a '98 (unless you want to change valve covers) until your dream 5th gen is in your hands.

yeah it does seem to be like there holding there value vs the mustangs. i guess the hype dint die down yet. alot of people still want them. i was thinking about getting getting a 05-06 mustang but then i thought why waste my money on one of them when i smoke them all the time when i catch em on the high way.. lol. i will just learn to love my 4th gen more.

You can get a low mile used V6 in the low 20's. However its a supply and demand issue. As long as more people want Camaros then there are cars available, they will maintain their value, especially the Camaro SS.

The good thing about waiting is one you save up more money, and two by the time your ready to buy there will be more options for you as a buyer. There is a convertible on the way, and hopefully and Z28. There is also the option to buy a special edition from an after market party.

I understand completely...Been waiting for 2 years now, thought I would have the money, but I am breaking even. At least you have a Camaro. I can't even afford a 4th gen (which I would be just as happy with) right now
