A real opportunity
OK GM, listen up. I'm one of those guys that missed out on owning a first gen Camaro. Now I simply don't have the time to devote to a project (I'm in the military and Barrett-Jackson has ruined it for most of us anyway) but this new car........man it could be sweet redemption for alot of us who love those wonderful 67-69 models. Here's the trick, make em for Camaro lovers first and foremost and the almighty bottom line will surely follow. Just give us half the options you listed when I bought my Silverado and Tahoe and man we'll be very very pleased. No, not just a silly little v6 and basic v8. Give us a real Z28, a real SS and for the sake of all that is good a bada$$ ZL-1. Take a lesson from Ford and don't screw up and get your rear kicked by Dodge and it's retro Challenger. GM has always been so slow to catch up, but if it builds the right car with some real musclecar options then maybe we'll enter a new musclecar era and those of us who missed the first and those wonderful rides will surely rejoice and get our chance to own our very own GM built musclecar.

I like the console gauges.
Note that they will be just for "show" because the relevant info will be also in the idiot lights/computer display. |

We just bought a portable Garmin GPS unit and I'd MUCH rather use that than have the dash permanantly ruined with the hideous factory installed unit. |
i hope we get some kind of news here soon, something little would be fine for me.
