I'm under the impression several Chevy/GM employees, some of them quite high up in the company, frequent these boards. I hope one of them reads this story and listens to that audio. Then, they proceed to call up that dealer and have a chat a with them. Words aren't sufficient for what happened here; it's action time! :mad:

I personally recommend doing whatever work to your own vehicile that you can reasonably do. We have a local Wal-mart I was considering taking my vehicle to for an oil/filter change. The day before I was going to go, it came out they were busted for charging customers for new filters. However, they weren't actually changing them!! :eek: There is no telling what is happening to our babies when they are in someone elses "care".

As an addendum to the above, the dealership needs to consider giving the owner of that car, at the least, free warranty, parts (including new tires when needed), and labor for the rest of the life of that car. Heck, the dealer needs to consider giving him a new car and doing that as well.

Thats real bad. If for nothing but the last past where he said charge the customer for the clutch and then GM for the warranty of the pressure plate is enough for legal action from their abuse.

I'm actually impressed by how good the audio is. Wonder where he hid it?

Problem resolved. This dealership is idiotic. If they were going to buy the car back they should of done it before he posted the video up. I guess they decided to do damage control, but IMO it was way too late.
