Just my luck - HELP !
 
Went to the dealership to order my 2SS / RS , and the dealer was unable to submit the order ! The screen allowed him to select the model and trim , but would not let him go any farther than that . It just kept saying unable to submit or information unavailable !? . The order is not processed , so all I can do is wait and call him on Tuesday . Any info/guesses ?

Maybe there are so many orders going on today, we are crashing GM's system :D Or maybe your dealer doesn't know what they are doing. You could try another dealership.

Dont worry. I have heard similar things from other forums. Since you did it in person, you atleast know your getting your car at MSRP, but if you did over the phone, some are salesmen are stalling the customers because they are conisdering mark ups. Dont worry, I heard it will all be ok within a couple of hours.

That's because your dealer is doing it wrong you cannot order the regular way. If he did it the regular way that is exactly what will happen tell him he needs to click on quick order through order workbench to order that is the only way they are accepting orders.

Thanks Nolanh . :) . Called the dealer , problem solved !
P.S. - The dealer is a family friend who is giving me the car at invoice , so needless to say , I'll stick with him .
