Mmm, the blaring lack of a Z28 model and rumors of a supercharged version have me drooling. I think it would be a shame for Chevy not to make a Z28. Why break with tradition? They've got something up their sleeve and my bets are on an over-the-top supercharged 'Z. 
Aside from that, very impressive debut. I can't wait to see the aftermarket parts that come out for this within the next 3-5 years. I will probably wait a couple of iterations for them to work out the kinks before I dive in, but man that LS3 is tempting...

The SS1 which they're wanting to be race ready, and SS2 with all the glitz and glamour of having power and showing off. The door panels and the dash are supposed to light up in production. As of yet, there aren't any plans of making a Z28 model, because the SS models will have it all.
which was the original plan BUT if sales are not that great then it may not get done or done in limited quantities for those who can afford it. Plus the Z im sure will get other things to distinguish it from the rest.
