There is a lack of an affordable Z28, that kinda sucks, I would rather have a Z, but 39k is a little much!

Great Job

Suggestion please, again watching trends on the Corvette and other Chevys, is the offering of chrome wheels, is to include this as an option.. Even the 2007 Z06 Corvette is now offering chrome wheels.

Thanks for all your hard work!

You think the V6 in the base Camaro is going to be the 3.9? I'd prefer the 302 HP 3.6 in the new CTS's and STS's.

Anyways, my dad is the manager of a Nissan dealer (but the owner also owns a Chevy dealer) so I think I'm going to build a nice V6.

I just hope it doesn't get too pricey.

And by the way, what does 310hp HF V6 with DOD mean? Will it be a suped up 3.9 V6?

Ummm, yeah.......anyone thats paying 36k for the v6 is just a little insane. Even if it was a vert I would not touch it for anything near that price.

Thank you AngeloVEnforcer I put a lot of work into this thread way back when.

But Mrs Cowgirl is right, this info is very old and for the most part off target.

I did update this thread (link below), however the info there is also pretty old.

It should be interesting to see how my final revision stands up to the actual thing in a few months. ( I foresee a new thread )

$42,665 for a Camaro?
If Camaro pricing, reasonably equipped comes in on CTS (and BMW 335i/C-class) territory, how many do you think they'd sell??
I think not many...

(Hmmmm...High end Supercharged Cobra's are only mid to upper $30K's.)
