I always loved the 2010 ZL1 Sema car wheels. If these are the new SS wheels, good move GM. They look sooo much better than the 10-11 20" wheels. Also, looks like the sunglass shape LED taillights are really just for the export cars...why would GM press release a 2012 vehicle as imcomplete.

Im really interested to see how the FE4 pkg. performs and how much their gonna charge for it. Its a shame it doesnt look like it will be offered on the V6 car. It really could have been a cool package with the new engine( or the old one for that matter), coupled with the FE4 and a manual trans.

Disagree about the wheels. They aren't bad, but the current 20" wheels look better to me.

Whats the torque rating going to be, that's where the V6 was lagging, hp was already high. And whats the word about flex fuel compatibility?

Am I the only one not liking the hood stripe?

Peak torque output is 278 lb ft @ 4800 RPM.

I forgot to comment on that. Trying to hard to be different perhaps? The red part just looks wierd and out of place, not really sure what they were thinking there.

I like the wheels a lot. Look like the LS7 SEMA concept which is a good thing.

Interior looks better and as we've seen from ZL1 does freshen up the interior.
I like the steering wheel shape and design but wish it said CAMARO on it instead.

Not a fan of the stripes. The design isn't bad but it needs to be symmetrical. Not a fan of the 45th logo on the fender either.

Wonder if all 2012 Camaro's will get some 45h logo or badging like the '97 30th did even if they were not the anniversary Z's or SS's.

NOT liking the steering wheel.
Please tell me that the '10-'11 wheel will be able to be swapped easily.

I like the white inserts but they should have continued that theme on the seats.

323 hp from a N/A 3.6L V-6. Wow!
My '02 LS1 is rated at 325 hp. Wow!
Granted the V-6 has a lot less torque, but still.

And they better hope that plant in Japan that makes the metallic for paint colors like Carbon Flash comes back on-line soon. Otherwise, you won't see this color on the Camaro.

Well, it's not like I'm going to buy one b/c I have a 2011 SS already. I think the special editions are a a good idea, though. 30-40 yrs. from now, they'll be quite the collector's item.

I'm surprised there wasn't much more talk about the suspension revisions. Guess we will see how they pan out.

Integrated manifolds into the heads are sort of neat, in a way. I would be interested to see flow comparisons versus a tubular manifold. I think this would be very good for turbo. I suppose it would be ok for a cat as far as light off is concerned, but you don't want to keep the cats too hot or you reduce their life. Also, where does the O2 sensor go? I guess the bung is in the next piece of the exhaust that bolts to the head.

I feel the same way. I have been in many V6 cars that were faster than either my Firehawk or GTO. However, it doesn't feel the same and it certainly doesn't sound the same. Nothing can ever close to replacing the V8 in terms of being a V8...if that makes sense .

We all know the LS1 was good for more than that. We also know a 4th gen LS1 would maul a V6 5th gen. The 5th gen is of course a much better car quality-wise. I just didn't want to take this V6 power thing too far just yet .

I'll have to go drive one since they've done away with that ridiculously idiotic steering wheel.
