That is awesome !

Its amazing how much a nice set of wheels and a proper suspension and stance transforms the look of the car. Just curious what is going on up front. Do you have some kind of headlight covers ? Or is it just the angle of the camera ?

Yes, I have something going on up front. It is very subtle, but more evident on the video.

Ain't tellin' what it is, though.

Rims are bada**

I just love the color of those rims with the silver/chrome rim and grey spokes. Really complements the body color of the car. They are the perfect size too. Seen a few pictures online of cars with 22" or such and just don't care for that huge a wheel on the Camaro. You just really did such a great job with your mods to the car. So subtle but yet so dramatic at the same time. Its so easy to go too far with mods and it ends up being silly or overdone. I am one jealous site member !

Bigger in the back and narrower in the front would have looked cool, but would have made the car push more in corners and was strongly discouraged by both Pete and David. I still wanted that look, so what I did was have the offset slightly different in the rear to provide the illusion of wider rear wheels and tires. Sneaky, eh?
I think you made a great decision, I had 17x11 ZR1s on the back of my 95z....they looked great but I couldn't rotate & the front tires always wore too fast. 20's are plenty big enough for this car & I love the deep-dish look on the rear!

Nice photo! Those wheels and tires do look rather nice. I especially like the fill out of the rear fender area -- it's perfect.

So glad you kept it subtle

After seeing all the hideous 5th gens at SEMA, it really shows how great you car looks. Less is more. I look forward to future videos with some sound. The car at idle getting loaded on the truck, it sounds evil. Can't wait to see and hear a video of it going down the road with some right foot in it !

Right on! That's what I was talking about. You are totally correct -- some of these cars are simply awful.

I'm not a fan of fasteners on wheels, but other than that, I like it

NT05. However, they currently only come in 20" so they won't fit your wheels. Look into the INVO.

Thanks, buddy. There were some good Camaros there, but some I just didn't like myself. To each their own, I like being stealthy and evil.

Sorry we couldn't meet up during the week. You and anyone else, please e-mail any pics of my car to jason@camaroz28.com. I'd like to see it through other people's eyes.

I am not a fan as well as it makes the wheel look cluttered and smaller in diameter when in chrome. However, I do like subtle details so I opted for getting them in black. Like AJ96Z28 said, less is more!
