For
the High Octane version:

this is getting the greatest all-Camaro screen saver ever made plus
bonus items packaged on a very cool black CD and the good feeling
of supporting a great web site. :)

I do not have a credit card. Can I still
place an order?
To place an order by mail, fax, wire, and PO (when applicable) use
the online form and then choose one of these payment options found
in the Payment Method section of the form. Once submitted online,
the appropriate information will be provided to you in your web browser
to send your payment to us off line. Additional processing fees
may apply.

I
purchased one of your screen savers. What happens next?
If you ordered the Classic or V2 version, you will receive an e-mail
usually within 48 hours of purchase with a registration key and instructions.
If you ordered the High Octane version, you will receive a confirmation
e-mail and usually within one week of ordering, you will receive the
CD in the mail.

Why is the High Octane version not available
for trial download?
File size is the main reason the High Octane version is only available
on CD. The images were not as compressed as much as the other
versions to be high in quality, and therefore are much larger in file
size. In addition, the bonus trial automotive software and wallpapers
make up for an even larger file size. Because bandwidth and
server resources do not come cheap and some still use a dial-up account
to access the Internet, shipping the High Octane version on CD is
the clear solution. To get a taste of what the screen saver
is all about, download and try either the Classic or V2 version.

What are the 20 bonus images in the High
Octane version like?
Some of the 20 bonus images are different shots of the cars in the
program, and others are images are of cars that are exclusive to the
bonus images only. They are all of the same high quality as
the rest of the images in the program.

I had to reformat my hard drive and lost
the screen saver. What do I do?
Just download the screen saver again or reinstall it if you still
have it on your hard drive. Use the registration key you received
in your e-mail and unlock it.

What happened to the original CamaroZ28.Com
Screen Saver (v 1.1)?
The original CamaroZ28.Com Screen Saver (last version was 1.1) is
now called the CamaroZ28.Com Screen Saver Classic (aka 1.2). Any
registered owner of 1.1 can download the Classic version, install
it and and use their purchased registration key from 1.1 to unlock

How about a Firebird version?
We would love to do a Firebird version of the screen saver, however
we have not yet received enough qualifying submissions to complete
one. If you have a Firebird image you would like to submit,
please send it to jason@camaroz28.com.
Before submitting an image, please note the following:

The
image submitted must belong to you. If you are submitting
an image that belongs to someone else, you MUST get explicit
permission from them BEFORE submitting it. This includes
images that are copyrighted by other parties. The author of
the program will not be held responsible for submissions that
have been misrepresented. |

The
image size must be AT LEAST 800 pixels wide by 600 pixels high
or larger. Many images that are submitted are not large
enough and cannot be used. |

The
image must be clear with sharp details. |
|
The
image must be at least semiprofessional quality. Please,
no images of your car with debris in the background, in bad
light, out of focus, etc. Refer to the images that were
used in the current screen savers for an example of what kind
of images will be accepted. |
If you
plan to take pictures of your car, here
is a great link to help you take your pictures with professional results.
If your image is used in the final version of the program, you
will get a free registered copy of it, plus satisfaction of knowing
that your car will be seen by thousands.

What about software upgrades?
We only charge for major version upgrades. In other words, we
charge for the upgrade from version 2.x to version 3.x, but other
upgrades (such as 2.0 to 2.5) are free to registered users.

Is my personal information safe when
I order? What about security?
We utilize a VeriSign certificate for Secure Socket Layer (SSL) transactions.
VeriSign certificates offer strong RSA-based encryption for secure
transactions. Using this security precaution, your order is
as secure as phoning an order into a mail-order software house. This
means your credit card information is sent directly to the credit
card processor in a very secure manner, so that nobody else can see
it. That protects you by ensuring that nobody but you and the credit
card processor will see your credit card information. Other
than that, all personal information is used for order processing only
and will never be used for any other purpose.

You are purchasing the software directly from the software author,
Jason Debler. We do our credit card processing through a company
called "Register Now".

Are there any refunds?
Do the the nature of "try-and-buy" software, there are no
refunds once you have purchased an unlock key or program on CD. This
is why we offer trial versions to give you a chance to make sure you
enjoy the program enough to purchase it. If you plan to purchase
the High Octane version, we suggest you first download and try either
the Classic version or the V2 version first just to make sure you
will be happy with what our software has to offer.

My buddy wants my registration key.
Can I give it to him?
Please do not. This is not a large company that would be cheated
but only one guy who worked very hard to make this program to generate
revenue for CamaroZ28.Com. This program took several months
to complete. It might seem like it should have taken that long,
but there was a great deal to it. There was a ton of image collecting,
sorting, correcting, product programming, web page designing and programming,
setting up the merchant account, setting up the affiliate program,
making deals with software companies for the High Octane Edition,
designing the CD for the High Octane edition, programming for the
bonus items on the High Octane Edition, etc. After all that time and
effort, we feel that the prices we ask for are fair and the programs
are well worth it. Like we always say, when you cheat the system,
it hurts the giver more than it helps the taker. All registration
keys are linked to the personal information of the purchaser. We
thank you in advance for your honestly and support.
