Year One 5 Spoke 17 inch Wheels

I am very interested in a set of the new 5 spokes for my 1980 Z-28. Can anybody tell me what they have run into with istalling a set on this year model? They come in 17x8, and 17x9. Any info on tire size and backspacing would be very useful. I would love to see some pics! Thanks

Unfortunately, this site has reached the point where the vast majority of active members are the owners of 4th Gen LT1 F-Bodies. The number of 1st, 2nd and 3rd Gen members is miniscule, meaning that help is often very limited for owners of those Gens.

I'm sad that it's this way.... but it is. Wish I could help, but I honestly don't know the answer to your question.
