Tell me how you balance your tires....

Tell me how you balance your tires....
Obviously there's the weights that they beat on the side of your rim , the 'sticky' ones , and then there's the 'balancing beads' ...
Beads are my choice with my silverado, but those tires are much heavier LTs and I'm plowing or towing without issues.
My question, can the 285/30/18's I'm putting on my C5's be balanced with the same style of beads? What does everyone else use?

I haven't used the beads, but here's one bead supplier that recommends against using beads for low profile tires (</= 65 aspect ratio).

I've had good results with the "tape" stick-on weights. The large offsets of the 4th Gen wheels lend themselves to this method, allowing placement on the "back" of the wheel rim surface on both sides of the centerline of the wheel. I've got 315/35-17's on 17x11's that were balanced this way. The weights are visible through the spokes of the ZR1/GS wheels, but only if you look for them.
I've also used the stick-on weights on my drag wheels/tires - tubed 28/10.5-15W. No problems with 130MPH trap speeds. Again, even though the weights have a protective layer of duct tape applied, to prevent them from flying off and killing someone, they are not visible behind the Weld Pro-Stars.
