Niche Targa 18x9.5 Wheel Fitment
I want to start by saying I've read the sticky on wheel fitment for 4th gen Camaros. My question is as follows
I have looked for hours trying to find 4th gen's with Niche Wheels and have only found a couple. I think this wheel would look great on my red SS
All the data on this wheel seems to be in spec with proper fitment per the forum sticky (see attached image for Nich Wheel specs). The wheel has a +40 offset and I'm wondering if the wheel will fit flush (or just inside) the lip of the wheel well. I don't want the tire sticking out from the fender. Thank you in advance for your help.

Can't read the bolt circle on the spec sheet you posted. Is it 5x120mm? If so, that's not the correct bolt circle for your car (5x4.75" = 5x120.65mm). 120mm is a BMW fitment. May seem like a small difference, but some people claim they have had problems with broken studs and lug nuts coming loose due to the mismatch. Other people claim "no problems". I personally would not run 120mm, but then I'm just a conservative mechanical engineer.
I've run 9.5" wide wheels with 49mm offset, and the edge of the tire was just inside the outside of the fender at the top. 40mm offset moves the tire outwards by 0.35". Tough call, but probably OK. Might have some rubbing on the plastic iner fender liner at full lock.
I think I may have a photo of my Formula w/ 49mm offset parked next to one with 35mm offset. I'll see if I can find it.

Hi Fred, the bolt pattern is 120.65. I apologize if the picture isn't clear. Your photos would be greatly appreciated. My car isn't lowered yet however I am planning on lowering it about 1" so I really don't want the tire to rub and don't want to modify the fenders. If that's the case I'll just keep my current setup. The 50mm offset on the factory GM wheels seems perfect. Again, thanks for your input.

The factory WS6 and SS wheels are only 9.0" wide, so the 50mm offset results in a different frontspace than a 9.5" wide wheel w/ 40mm offset. The 9.5" wide 40mm offset wheel would add 0.64" to the front of the wheel, compared to the stock WS6 and SS wheels.
Pics of my car w/ 56mm offset and 49mm offset are in the "sticky" for the street wheel FAQ.
This is my car in the center with 56mm and I recall the car in the background to the left had 9.5" wide wheels with 38mm offset. Hard to see any difference, even though the 38mm offset sticks out 0.70" more than the 56mm offset.
