Eibach Wheel Spacers, safe for roadcourse?

Hi,

So I have a set of 18X10.5 Z06 wheels in the rear running 295's and im getting a some rubbage on the inside of the wheel well. I wanted to know if by using these wheel spacer (20mm) It would be safe and a wheel wouldnt go flying off.

I noticed this on a track day when i was doing about 70-80mph going into turns. Knowing this i put back on the stock 9" wide wheels and 275 width tires and didnt have a problem. I figured that wider is better for more grip when going around turns.

Thanks.
