NW Houston Car and Model shoot this weekend
Looking to recruit a couple of nice rides for a car/model shoot scheduled for this Sunday 5-1-11 at 5:00PM on the NorthWest side of Houston.
It's a group shoot with several photogs (from advanced amateur to pro level) and I will have my 94 Z there. Would like to get a couple of more cars out there. I'm also working on recruiting some models I have worked with in the past.
If you're interested, let me know.
Edit: Date changed to Sunday, same time.

Re: NW Houston Car and Model shoot this weekend
While I'd love it if you could bring a 427 AC/Shelby Cobra, it's really pretty open. What do ya got? EDIT: Holy crap, just looked at your sig! Can I make requests?? Really like to shoot a 1st gen as there were none at the last car shoot . . .
There is no cost and you'll get images (not prints) of your vehicle (and models with it) from several photogs, though usage rights will need to be discussed on an individual basis with each. I personally provide full-rez images (10.2Mp) with a watermark that you can d/l from the group site. I can email them to you, also. Mostly the shoot is to bolster portfolios for both the model and photog. The images on average are of a resolution suitable for FB or other online album but if you end up wanting a wall print, that will probably cost some $$.
I'll have my 94 Z28 there, even though she's currently running on 7.3 cylinders - OTVC plugs wires haven't arrived yet.
You do need to act in a respectful, safe and mature manner at the location.

After looking at their sig, you guys should schedule a shoot specifically for 1965GP & their collection of cars! Heck, you folks could make a Pontiac specific calendar out of that garage!

Here's a link to a pic of one model I've gotten a positive response from:

If anyone has a S/O or friend interested in modeling, this is a great group to help them get started.

Re: NW Houston Car and Model shoot this weekend
thanks for the comments guys!
unfortunately that list is not updated there have been a couple more added and the Can Am is on its way to being parted out.
I would like to help with a 1st gen, but the 67 RS is at my dads in OH and the 69 trans am clone (new one) doesn't have stripes, bumpers or wheels on it yet.
what about this 73 chevy- not a muscle car but I put t together for my dad cause he always loved the car (bought it in 1980). once we got the color on we realized it needed some bling:

the 25th anniversary would also be a good one. where is this going down? I am off Louetta and 45
