Finally, just a few hours ago I found the problem. A small toothpick size hole in the top of the head into #6 intake runner. Doh!! Thats where all that oil was coming from... Duh. Anyway I patched it with some "quik steel", yes I know, temporary. I want some dyno #'s though, I'm gonna try to make it.

well, i didnt think it would be a problem...i thought at be using about 95% of the injector's power...not the whole thing...will the dyno's a/f be able to tell me if that's the problem?

Nope... won't be able to tell if your injectors are going static or not... But if you can see what RPM they're reaching their full duty cycle at, then that's already a bad sign. <- speaks from experience..

shawn, unlike your car, i doubt that my car can run 11's with my mods...so, do you really think that i'd need bigger injectors? i mean, i can understand why you'd need 30lb injectors.
i figured that with my mods, i'd be lucky if i can get about 360rwhp...
so, ya think that freescan will be able to tell my injector cycle? if not, then what will?

if I get a chance tomorrow I'll see if the scanner we have there can read the duty cycles.

In my 355 w/ head/cam I made 370rwhp or so... At the stock injectors maxxed out at 5600rpms... After that they never turned off.... Just kept pumping fuel in the motor. Found this out at Hallville making shakedown runs w/ the "new" at the time - motor.

None which would have given me any hp: K&N filter and Flowmaster muffler (your old one). Most likely no effect.

Pretty much stock.
