emmisions

im from SE wisconsin and planning a motor project on an lt1, i was wondering how you late model guys that are still doin emmissions get by with motor biulds and headwork and LT with ORYs, can you tune the computer to say everything is normal ond obdII do they not sniff test 95 and older cars anymore?

Check with your local regulations, but the OBD-II style cars should only be put through the plug-in style test. That is how it is in my area, the OBD-I cars have it even better, they don't even have to be tested anymore. Wish I would have bought a 93-95 f-body afterall.
