Spuddering Misfire? Where to Start

I have a 94 Camaro RS that as of yesterday i drove home and as soon as i got in the car it was running ruff. About 2 weeks ago i replaced all the coils and less than 6 months ago replaced all plugs and wires. Im wondering if its anything to do with ignition because as the car warmed up it seemed to be running better. What i did notice is that while i was driving down the highway when the car was in overdrive and in the high gear it would shake like it was misfiring, but when i took it out of overdrive and just put it in regular drive it seemed the engine was smooth and didnt run ruff. Could it be possible theres something going on with the trans when its cold? It does run ruff though when its just in park though so could it be injectors? Where to start?
Thanks for the help

Any codes or check engine lights?

Could you have got a tank full of bad gas?

Take some carb cleaner and spray around your engine with it running to check for a vacuum leak.

With the trans it may not be locking up in OD is it(overdrive) engaging at 45mph or so?
