1994 3.4L A4
143,000 miles
Have thus far had to replace: driveshaft, injectors, 2 alternators, head gasket (+ resurface heads), water pump, fuel lines, fuel pump, and a few other things i can't think of at the moment
Needs: oil pan (has gone porous and has a slow leak), find/fix phantom tranny fluid leak, shocks, exhaust...
All told she's cost a lot to repair and keep running (between 5 and 6k), but i swear she gets stronger the more she ages. I can't bear to sell her and pick up a new one!

99% of t-top leaks can be fixed for $2 and 5 min of work.

Re: How many miles on your V6?
98 3.8 v6
177,206 miles
Automatic
No modification yet. (Don't know where to start that's why I joined)
had the car since 51,000 miles. Transmission went out at 52,000 miles.
No major problems since then. Rattles a little underneath, not sure where from.

Re: How many miles on your V6?
99V6 M5
162,xxx miles
Changed rr main seal, fuel pump, ignition coil(warranty), pinion seal, Cat.
Non drivetrain:
Window motors(warranty)
trunk leak(warranty)
Maintenance/other:
PCV, fuel filter, diff fluid, plugs, wires, tires, rotors, pads, radio bulbs.
Car looks like clean and shiney. Basically in great shape, but probably worth around 6k. Alternator is starting to whine, I can see the voltmeter move when I use the headlamps and it will start some whining. About to change plugs again.

Re: How many miles on your V6?
my car:
97 3.8
97k
M5
Still runs awesome. No problems at all
my dad bought a 94 3.4L at an auction, it had like 280k and still ran just fine. It could have been rebuilt or something though, i have no idea.
