Question 95 3.4 Camaro Wont start (lots of details)

Hey!

I've got a 3.4 Camaro that wont start. About a year ago I had the same issues after changing my clutch.

It started about a week ago, I was driving my friend to work and my car was making a bit more smoke than usual, it always burned smoke when I started it due to it having 130k miles on it, but it was getting to be a bit more than normal. After stopping at Randalls I started my car up and my exhaust sounded a bit throatier than usual but I ignored it and drive him on to work. Next thing its not idling right, as in at around 500 RPMs, I dropped him off and headed home. Once home I popped the hood and checked to see if a vacuum line had popped off but nothing. My car was idling horribly, in terms of rpms, although the sound my exhaust was making sounded was pretty good, as if it was cammed and deeper. I walked to the back and below my exhaust pipe was a black spot. I looked closer and it looked like there was liquid shooting out of it. I shut my car off and went to change into my garage clothes. At this point I though I might of blown a head gasket so I called up my dads friend (who restores cars) and he told me to A) check your oil for foam and B) remove the radiator cap, place my car in gear and try to put a load on the motor. I did this while having a friend watch the radiator but he said he didn't see any bubbles or anything unusual. After that I couldn't get my car to start again. I pushed it into the garage and from there it has sat. When I try to start it will turn over, but fails to catch. It will backfire, as well as try to catch, as in it will catch and rev up for a spilt second before dying.

Literately one year ago I had the same problem. I replaced the ECU, crankshaft position sensor, camshaft position sensor. ICM, and timing chaing.

After swaping the ECU to a different one it ran. Swapped it back and it ran with the old one.

Mods:
CAI
Throttle body bypass
EGR Delete.

No codes were found. No SES light on the way home

3.4l 95 Camaro
t5 Tranny

Any ideas

Could be the fuel pump.

Just replaced my camshaft sensor

Changed that about 3 months ago. Possibly an ICM? issue. Swapped PCMs (I have two extra)

I keep getting backfire and acts like its going to start but then dies. I have class starting up again next week so I do not have much time left to fix this. Plus I can A. hear the fuel pump, B) I checked and I do have fuel pressure up to the injectors.

Just had my ICM tested, all good on it. I checked my spark plugs again and all are firing. I think it could be my timing chain. I was able to get it started but its rough. I have to hold the gas down to start it, and if I don't keep my foot on the gas the whole time it will die. Engine rocks and backfires alot too.

Possible timing chain skip?

Still no luck, Just tested all the cylinders all were 210 but cylinder 2 which was at 180-190.

Last thing I can think of was that my timing chain skipped, although I checked my timing chain last year and it seemed in pretty good shape.

Plugs and wires are > 1 year

Not much going on in the v6 board

Timing chain = Replaced
Fuel Regulator = Replaced

Fuel pressure is good. Thinking I'm going to clean off my spark plugs next
